Sales Policy
- We will only hold a rabbit with a 50% deposit and will only hold for 2 weeks after the rabbit is ready to go. If the rabbit is not picked up after 2 weeks it will be for sale again and your deposit will not be refunded.
- If you have made a deposit on a rabbit and decide on a different available rabbit your deposit may go towards that rabbit instead.
- We will accept cash only and rabbit must be paid for in full when you receive the rabbit.
- All pet rabbits will come with a little bit of food to get you started and a care sheet.
- All pedigreed rabbits will come with pedigree at time of purchase.
- We are not responsible for our rabbits once they are in your care and no refunds will be given. Please make sure the rabbit you are getting is the one you want before it leaves our care.
- The sex of a baby rabbit is not 100% guaranteed. If you find the sex of the baby rabbit to be different than you were told within 48 hours the purchase amount will be refunded and the baby rabbit will be returned to us or the baby rabbit will be replaced with a baby rabbit of equal value; however, we can not guarantee an immediate replacement.
- If delivered outside of Jonesboro, Arkansas we will charge a delivery fee unless we happen to be traveling through/to that location and you are willing to meet then.
- If you can no longer care for your rabbit we will take it back as long as it is in good health and we have space for it (or you provide a cage), but no refund will be given.
- We are always willing to help and give advice! If you have any questions or concerns after or before you receive your rabbit do not hesitate to ask!
